As you know from the sneak peek I did the other day, I had the chance to meet and photograph 11-day-old Emmett. He was so relaxed and just let us do our thing, which isn’t always the case with babies. The best part of this shoot is the style of David and Jessica’s home. They had some great furniture in the nursery and their living room made the perfect setup for one of the shots. Thanks again, guys!

This is the shot in the living room. Nice hardwood floors and an antique cradle made it easy. Jessica’s grandfather built that cradle a long time ago.
The pattern in the background was on the sheet. I didn’t notice it until I was processing the images after the shoot.
